Suhana Khan legal problme: Shahrukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan is currently 25 years old. Due to the star kid, it is obvious that everyone’s eye is on them. The Maharashtra government had given land to farmers for farming in Thal village of Alibaug. It is alleged that Suhana has bought this land. The approved of the collector is necessary to buy such land, but Suhana did not take permission to buy the land nor completed the necessary papers. Suhana has bought this land for about Rs 12.91 crore from the Khote family living in the cafe parade in Mumbai. He has also paid stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh. The transaction took place on May 30, 2023 through the Standard Chartered Bank. Mumbai Police Resident Deputy Commissioner has sought a report from Alibag Tehsildar to investigate the deal.
According to the Maharashtra Agricultural Land Act, 1961, only the person who has a farmer himself (or who already has agricultural land). Those who are not farmers, they cannot buy such land directly. If the government has given land to a farmer family only for farming, then that land cannot be sold directly. For this, it is necessary to take the approval of the Collector. Both the buyer and the seller have to take NOC from the Tehsildar Collector.
Now if Suhana Khan Talking about the upcoming film, she will soon be seen in the film ‘King’ with her father Shah Rukh Khan. This will be his second film. Earlier, he made his debut with ‘The Archies’. The film filled with star kids was not liked by the audience.
