What were the first challenges in the Momo business?
In the first year, he started several momo carts, but this business was not stable. Sometimes the officials would remove the cart, sometimes there would be a problem of weather or staff. Saket realized that a big brand cannot be built just from a stall.
So he started opening small shops and outlets. Carts were installed outside the shops and they named it CSR (Cart Service Restaurant) model. Now they have around 40 carts, 20 small outlets and 2 quick service restaurants.
