- Tata Steel: The company has purchased shares worth Rs 262 crore in its branch T Steel Holdings, the total value of which is Rs 2,402 crore.
- NBCC: The company has received an order worth Rs 775 crore from Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for the redevelopment of staff quarters.
- Vishal Mega Mart: Sources have informed NDTV Profit that the promoters of Vishal Mega Mart Limited are thinking of selling shares worth Rs 3,508 crore through a block deal on Friday. The promoters will probably sell 30.5 crore shares, which is 6.5 percent of the equity. Apart from this, the floor price for the block deal has been fixed at Rs 115 per share. This is 10 percent less than the current market price, there will also be a lock-in of 150 days on the remaining stake.
- JSW Energy: The company has received trading approval from NSE and BSE for 95.2 lakh shares allotted to promoter group entity JTPM Metal Traders.
