Under the vision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, 15 lakh new enterprises will be established in UP in the next five years. Self-help groups will be linked to entrepreneurship through NRLM. Employment will increase in villages and women will become self-reliant.

Lucknow. Under the far-sighted vision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a big step has been taken towards making Uttar Pradesh a self-reliant and entrepreneurial state. The government has prepared a concrete plan to set up 15 lakh new enterprises in the next five years. Along with this, a target has also been set to create one crore entrepreneurs from villages in the coming years.

National Rural Livelihood Mission will become the basis of the campaign

The main basis of this mega campaign will be National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM). Through this, self-help groups (SHGs) of the state will be directly linked to entrepreneurship. With the vision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the dream of self-reliant villages, strong entrepreneurs and developed Uttar Pradesh seems to be coming true.

Successful entrepreneurs becoming inspiration for women

The stories of women entrepreneurs who are becoming successful despite limited resources are inspiring other women of the state to move forward. These women have proved that self-reliance can be achieved with strong willpower and right guidance.

New employment and income opportunities will be created in every village

On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a plan has been made for employment generation on a large scale in rural areas. Under this, at least one member from each self-help group or the entire group will be encouraged to start an enterprise. Activities related to agricultural livelihoods as well as non-agricultural livelihoods will be expanded to every SHG level, thereby developing new employment and income opportunities from village to village.

Women of the state are taking pledge to become self-reliant

There are a large number of women in the state who, despite limited income and increasing family responsibilities, are moving forward with the resolve to become self-reliant and are also achieving success. Under these efforts, 14 Lakhpati Didis of the state are going to get an opportunity to participate as special guests in the parade organized on the duty path of Delhi on the occasion of Republic Day.
