  • 1 cup mixed sprouts (mung, gram)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • salt as per taste
  • some green coriander

Method

firstly, parboil or steam the sprouts until they become soft. Place the sprouts in a large bowl and add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and green chilli.   • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

Method
