SP MP Ziaur Rahman Barki News: Allahabad High Court gave relief to SP MP Ziaur Rahman Burke in the Sambhal violence case, stayed the proceedings and charge sheet of the lower court. The state government summoned the reply in three weeks, the next hearing will be held on 9 September.
Sambhal violence case: The Allahabad High Court has stayed the advance proceedings of the lower court by giving great relief to Sambhal SP MP Ziaur Rehman Burke. Also, the charge sheet filed by the police has also been banned, which included the name of the MP. The court has sought a response from the state government in this case within three weeks. The next hearing will be held on 9 September.
Strong arguments in favor of SP MP in High Court
Former Additional Advocate General and Senior Advocate Imran Ullah, Vinit Vikram and Iqbal Ahmed made arguments in the court on behalf of SP MP Ziaur Rahman Burke. At the same time, Additional Advocate General Manish Goyal presented his side on behalf of the state government. The petition challenged the charge sheet of the Sambhal violence case.

Violence of 24 November, which shook
Violence erupted during the survey of Sambhal’s royal Jama Masjid on 24 November last year. The mob pelted and fired, killing four people. Many vehicles were set on fire, causing chaos in the area.
23 names including MP in charge sheet
The SIT investigating the case filed a charge sheet in the court in June this year. A total of 23 people were accused including SP MP Ziaur Rahman Burke, Sadar Zafar Ali of Jama Masjid.
12 FIR, conspiracy allegations and arrest, next hearing on 9 September
A total of 12 FIRs were registered after the incident, 7 from the police and 5 on the complaint of the general public. The MP was accused of plotting violence under 335/24 and several accused have been sent to jail. The High Court has sought a response from the state government in three weeks by staying the lower court proceedings. The next hearing will be held on 9 September, in which the government’s side will also be presented.
