The song ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’ from ‘Border 2’ was launched among BSF jawans in Jaisalmer. Singer Sonu Nigam visited Tanot Mata temple and remembered the song ‘Sandese Aate Hain’ sung 30 years ago, which made him a serious singer.
Jaisalmer: Well-known Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam visited Shri Tanot Mata Temple in Jaisalmer with his family. The famous singer and lead cast of the upcoming film ‘Border 2’ reached Jaisalmer on 2 January. He had come here to launch the song ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’ in the presence of Border Security Force (BSF) personnel. While talking to BSF jawans, Sonu Nigam recalled singing the song ‘Sandese Aate Hain’ 30 years ago. He said that this song gave him the title of a “serious” singer for the first time.
Sonu Nigam said, “This song (Sandese Aate Hain), this film (Border), this team has been very auspicious for me. I have not forgotten even today. We sang this song 30 years ago. I sang this song in 1995. The film was released in 1997. I used to get songs then but not such important songs. This song gave me the title of a serious singer for the first time. Because of this song, people started loving me. But I believed.”
The event started with a spectacular rendition of the famous Rajasthani folk song ‘Kesariya Balam Aao Ni Padharo Mhare Des’ by the artists, which was highly appreciated by the audience.
The song ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’ from Sunny Deol’s film ‘Border 2’ was launched at the India-Pakistan border in Jaisalmer. The song was launched amid fireworks in the presence of BSF jawans in an auditorium in front of Tanot Mata temple.
After this, the popular song “Ghar Kab Aaoge” from the film was shown, which made the atmosphere emotional. Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and the entire cast of the film were present in Jaisalmer for the launch of the song.
In ‘Border 2’ directed by Anurag Singh, powerful actors like Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh, Medha Rana, Sonam Bajwa and Anya Singh will be seen together. Border 2 is produced by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series with J.P. Dutta’s J.P. Presented in association with Films. It was written by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, J.P. Produced by the strong production team of Dutta and Nidhi Dutta and directed by Anurag Singh. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on January 23.
