Somwar Niyam: Lord Shiva may get angry by doing these things on Monday, know the rules related to this day

Monday’s rules: In Hindu religion, every day is dedicated to the worship and fasting of some deity or the other. Monday has been dedicated to the Lord of Gods, Mahadev. On this day, special worship and fasting of Mahadev is done. Bholenath is very innocent and is easily pleased with the devotees. It is believed that Lord Shiva gets pleased by the worship and fasting done on these days and fulfills all the wishes.

Along with worship and fasting on Monday, some special measures are also taken to please Lord Bholenath. However, there are some works which are prohibited from being done on Monday. It is believed that doing these things on Monday can anger Lord Shiva, so let us know about the things that should not be done on Monday.

Do not do this work on Monday

Donation of white things and travel in these directions: Do not donate white clothes or milk to anyone on Monday. Do not travel in the north, east or southeast direction on this day. Traveling in these directions on Monday is considered inauspicious.

Disputes with parents and insult to family deities: Do not have any kind of argument with your parents on Monday. Do not insult the family deities. This can cause problems in life.

Consuming these things: Do not consume brinjal, mustard greens, black sesame, spicy vegetables and jackfruit etc. on this day. Apart from this, do not wear black, blue, brown and purple colored clothes.

Offering of yellow sweets: Do not offer yellow sweets to Lord Shiva on this day. Nor offer them black colored flowers. It is very inauspicious to do so.

Wrong behavior: Do not misbehave with anyone on this day nor eat vindictive food.
