The incident took place on July 1, when Akanksha and her mother ran and killed the mother-in-law. It can be clearly seen in the video that mother -in -law Sudesh Devi is trying to save herself, but the daughter -in -law and her mother continued to attack.
Police registered FIR late
The victim alleges that after the incident, she kept circling the police for several days, but no FIR was registered. It is being told that Akanksha’s father is a policeman in Delhi Police, due to which pressure was put on the local police and the case was ignored.
However, when the CCTV footage went viral and the matter became a topic of discussion on social media, then the police came into action. Now an FIR has been registered against Akanksha and his mother at Govindapuram police station.
Police officials say that the matter has now been taken into consideration and investigation has been started.
