The situation worsened after heavy snowfall in Manali and Kullu of Himachal Pradesh. Due to heavy rush of tourists and continuous snowfall, there were long traffic jams on many major roads including Manali-Kullu Highway. The scenes emerged from the drone are shocking, where hundreds of vehicles were seen stuck for hours on the snow covered roads. Many tourists were forced to spend the night in their vehicles.
