Skanda Shashthi Puja Muhurat
- Brahma Muhurta- Will be from 05:12 to 06:03.

- Amrit Kaal- Will last from 11:04 am to 12:35 pm.

Skanda Shashthi puja method
Take bath in the morning on the day of Skanda Shashthi. After this wear clean clothes. Then clean the temple. Install the idol or picture of Lord Kartikeya in the temple. Worship Lord Kartikeya properly. Offer them fruits, flowers, sweets and seasonal fruits. Recite the story of Skanda Shashthi fast. Chant Lord Kartikeya mantras. At last perform Aarti of God.
Rules of Skanda Shashthi fast
On the day of Skanda Shashthi, observe celibacy throughout the day. Worship the fast at sunrise. Break the fast the next day after offering Arghya to Lord Sun. Avoid speaking ill of people. Stay away from negative things. Avoid washing hair.
