Sitamarhi: In Hinduism, Sitamarhi is one of the special and mythological places, whose wires are associated with the Treta Yuga. In the Treta Yuga, Mata Sita was born in Punaura. Janaki, daughter of King Janak, Mother Sita is the wife of Prabhu Shri Ram.
Sita Mata is called Bhumija because she was born from the mother earth. It is believed that when King Janak was running a plow at Punaura place, then the plow holding was born from the earth. Therefore, this place was named Sitamarhi.
In fact Sitamarhi is located in Bihar. The foundation stone has been laid to build a Janaki temple at the place where Mata Sita was born. After the Shri Ram temple on Ram Janmabhoomi, the Janaki temple will be constructed on the birthplace of Sita Mata. This grand temple will be built over an area of more than 67 acres.
The grand Sita temple is going to be constructed in Sitamarhi, whose land has been worshiped. There is an atmosphere of joy and gaiety among the people of Sitamarhi. This day will be built on the lines of Ram temple. After the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, Sita temple will be built in Punaura.
The distance from Sri Ram temple to Sitamarhi temple is about 400 km. According to some beliefs, Mata Sita was born Janakpur, who is currently in Nepal, which is the capital of ancient Mithila.
