This route goes via Sitamarhi Bhitthamod Border, Janakpur, which is very popular among devotees. Regular border checking etc. may take some time. You can catch the train from Sitamarhi Junction, although we do not have a direct train in Nepal from here. You have to land at Janakpur Road station. From here you have to decide the road.
