India-Singhapore Trade: A third ministerial meeting is going to be held between Singarpur and India, in which many important issues as well as tariffs will be discussed. In such a situation, the concern of US President Duland Trump may increase.
Singapore India Relation: India is fully prepared to host the Third India-Sangapur Round Table Conference (ISMR) on 13 August. This meeting is held every year so that the areas of the two countries can be strengthened at different levels. The first meeting was held in Delhi in 2022. The second meeting was held in Singapore in 2024 and now the third meeting is scheduled to be held again in India, which will discuss digitization, skill development, medical service, stability, advance manufacturing and connectivity. Through this, the relations between the two countries will be more strong.

Singapore representing Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong; National Security Coordination Minister and Home Minister K.K. Shanmugam, External Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, Digital Development and Information Minister Josephine TOs, Minister of Nashakti and Minister in -charge of Energy, Science and Technology Tan C Lang; And the Acting Minister and Minister of State for Finance will do Jeffrey Sio. At the same time, Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs in the delegation of India; External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar; Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal; And Electronics and Information Technology, Railways and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav will be included.
India-Singapore relations strengthen in these areas
This year is also going to be special for the diplomatic relations of India and Singapore, which is going to complete 60 years. At the same time, 10 years are being completed for the country’s strategic partnership. India and Singapore did 20 billion trade in 2005, which increased to 52.2 billion in 2023. At the same time, Singapore is seen as India’s largest foreign investor. At the same time, India companies have also invested a lot in Singapore. The two countries created a real-time payment system by adding Pay Now and UPI. Not only this, both of them also did the work of chip manufacturing. In such a situation, it is expected that there will be some agreements in this third road which will strengthen the relationship between India and Singarpur. At the same time, talks are also expected about the tariff being imposed by the US during this period. Also, the issue of dealing with him can also be discussed.
