- Cut your favorite fruit from apple, banana into small pieces.
- Beat cream or curd in a bowl
- Mix 2-4 spoons of sugar in it and add cardamom powder.
- You can use condensed milk to enhance the taste
- Add a pinch of black salt and chaat masala to enhance the taste
- Add fruits and mix well and add some dry fruits.
- Finally keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve once it cools down.
Peanut Anarchat

- Take roasted peanuts and pomegranate seeds in a bowl
- Now add finely chopped onion, tomato and chilli to it.
- Add chaat masala, roasted cumin and black salt
- Mix everything and squeeze lemon juice.
- While serving, sprinkle some salt on top and give it to the guests.
