Silver crosses Rs 3 lakh in Delhi
In the country’s capital Delhi, silver prices have reached a new record level by crossing Rs 3 lakh. There is a continuous increase in the prices of silver in Delhi. On Monday, an increase of Rs 10 thousand per kg was seen in the price of silver in Delhi and the price reached Rs 3,02,600 per kg. Whereas on the last trading day the price of silver had reached Rs 2,92,600 per kg. If we talk about the month of January, an increase of about 27 percent has been seen. On December 31, 2025, the price of silver was Rs 2,39,000 per kg. Since then, silver prices have seen an increase of Rs 63,600 per kg.
Gold at record level in Delhi
On the other hand, gold prices in Delhi have reached record levels. The special thing is that gold has reached close to Rs 1.50 lakh in Delhi. According to the data of Delhi Bullion Market, an increase of Rs 1,900 was seen in the prices of gold on Monday and the price increased to Rs 1,48,100 per 10 grams (including all taxes). Whereas on Friday it closed at Rs 1,46,200 per 10 grams. However, in the month of January, an increase of 6.55 percent has been seen in the prices of gold. In the month of December 31, the price of gold was Rs 1,39,000, in which till now an increase of Rs 9,100 has been seen.
Gold and silver at record level on MCX too
Gold and silver prices have reached record levels on the country’s futures market Multi Commodity Exchange. During the trading session, an increase of Rs 16,438 was seen in the prices of silver and the price was seen at Rs 3,04,200 per kg. Whereas at 7.45 pm, silver was seen rising by Rs 15,709 per kg to Rs 3,03,471.
On the other hand, an increase in gold prices is also being seen. During the trading session, the price of silver saw an increase of Rs 2,983 and the price has reached a record level of Rs 1,45,500 per ten grams. However, at 7.45 pm, gold is trading at Rs 1,44,942 per ten grams with a rise of Rs 2,425.
