This causes problems like pain in the calves. Apart from this, there may also be pain in ankles and back. Apart from this, there can be many problems which are as follows:
Deterioration of posture- If you wear heels daily, it has a direct effect on the spine. Actually, when you walk wearing heels, your body posture starts deteriorating. Because you have to put emphasis on maintaining balance with your legs. This can spoil the balance of the back part.
Blisters and swelling – Most heels are perfectly fitting. Due to this, the fingers start getting pressed and there is pressure on them. This can cause swelling, blisters in the fingers and the soles and edges of the fingers can become hard. After a long time it can also cause pain.
