By doing special puja and fasting on Friday, Goddess Lakshmi gets pleased quickly and bestows wealth, happiness, prosperity and stability in life.
Special rules for worship and fasting on Friday have been mentioned in the religious scriptures. Besides, there are some works which are considered prohibited in religious scriptures to be done on Friday. It is believed that if these works are done on Friday, Goddess Lakshmi gets angry, due to which poverty prevails in the house. Therefore, do not do this work on Friday even by mistake. Fight between husband and wife: Friday is the day of Goddess Lakshmi and it is also the day of Venus. In astrology, Venus is considered the factor of happiness and marriage. In such a situation, husband and wife should never fight on Friday. Otherwise both material and marital happiness may come to an end. There may be problems in married life.
Purchase of property: No immovable property should be purchased on Friday. Deals made on this day may result in loss. This day is not considered auspicious for buying land or house.
Insult of women: Woman is considered to be the symbol of planet Venus. In such a situation, one should never insult the women of one’s house or outside even by mistake on Friday. Women are considered to be the form of Goddess Lakshmi, in the house where women are insulted, Goddess Lakshmi does not stay there and the house becomes poor.
Donation of white things: White things like sugar, white sweets and silver should not be donated on Friday. By doing this, the planet Venus becomes weak and material happiness starts to disappear.
