Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO: Book Build Issue of Rs 400.95 Cr To Open On Sept 10, Price Band Fixed

The price bracket for Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited’s initial public offering (IPO) is Rs 155 to Rs 165 per equity share, with a face value of Rs 10 each.

The subscription period for the Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO begins on September 10, 2025, and ends on September 12, 2025. On September 15, 2025, the allocation of shares for the Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO is anticipated to be finalized. The proposed listing date for the Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO is set for September 17, 2025, and it will be listed on the BSE and NSE. Since an application requires a lot size of 90, a retail investor must invest a minimum of Rs 14,850, which includes 90 shares.

A minimum of 15% of the net issue will be available for allocation to non-institutional bidders, a minimum of 35% of the net issue will be available for allocation to retail individual bidders, and no more than 50% of the net issue will be proportionately available for allocation to qualified institutional buyers. The issue is being made through the book-building process.

In fiscal 2025, Shringar House of Mangalsutra’s revenue from operations climbed from Rs 1,101.52 crore in fiscal 2024 to Rs 1,429.81 crore. In FY24, profit after tax was Rs 31.10 crore; in FY25, it was Rs 61.11 crore.

Shringar House of Mangalsutra was founded in 2009 and specializes in designing, producing, and selling a wide variety of Mangalsutras made of 18k and 22k gold that are embellished with American diamonds, cubic zirconia, pearls, mother of pearl, and semi-precious stones. According to a CareEdge Report, the company’s primary clientele is business-to-business (B2B), and as of CY23, it held around 6% of India’s organized Mangalsutra market.

In India’s 24 states and 4 union territories, Shringar House of Mangalsutra serves a diverse clientele that includes corporate clients, wholesale jewelers, and retailers. The company is currently serving customers in the UK, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and the Republic of Fiji in addition to its home market.

International names like Goldbox Enterprises Limited (UK), Sona Sansaar Limited (New Zealand), and Damas Jewellery LLC (UAE) are among its notable corporate clients, along with Malabar Gold Limited, Titan Company Limited, GRT Jewellers India Private Limited, Reliance Retail Limited, Novel Jewels Limited (Aditya Birla Group), and Joyalukkas India Limited. The firm serviced 1,089 wholesalers, 81 retailers, and 34 corporate clients as of March 31, 2025.
