It is said that at the end of the 13th century, King Hammir of Ranthambore was fighting with Alauddin Khilji. During the war, there was a siege outside the fort for a long time, due to which there was a lack of grains, ration and other things. The king was worried about how the subjects will be fulfilled now, what will happen to him. During the war, Ganesha appeared to the king in a dream and said that everything will be alright by tomorrow morning. On the second day, the miracle of God took place in the morning and a three -eye idol of Bappa appeared. After the arrival of the statue, the king’s store was filled with grain. After this incident, the war also ended and after that the king built this temple in 1300 AD.
