  8. No friend should be called in Shraddha performed for fathers. It is said that by calling a friend on the food of Shraddha, Shraddha becomes virtuous.
  9. To perform Shraddha during Pitru Paksha, it is considered auspicious and virtuous to donate in always in Kutapal. Shraddha food should also be removed for cows, dogs, crows and ants.
  10. During the Pitru Paksha, while making food of Shraddha, your face should be towards east. Keep in mind that food should not be prepared by facing towards the south direction.
