A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Modinagar, Ghaziabad, where a son murdered his 65-year-old mother by slitting her throat over a pension and property dispute. The accused himself reached the police and informed about the incident. The police is investigating the case.
Such an accident happened in Modinagar colony of Ghaziabad which stunned everyone. The mother who gave life to her son, took away her breath forever. The sight of blood stains on the dead body of an old mother and her son sitting nearby was enough to shock the police. The question is, how did a son become his mother’s enemy?
Heartbreaking murder in Janta Colony
Ved Prakash Sharma, resident of Janata Colony, Modinagar, Ghaziabad, was working as an inspector in the Excise Department. After his death, wife Madhu Devi got all her children married and everything was going normal in the family. But no one could see the storm inside this family.

The son himself came to the police station.
On Saturday afternoon suddenly Rahul Sharma reached the police station and told the police that he had murdered his mother. Even the officers were stunned after hearing his words. The police team immediately reached her house, where the blood-soaked body of 65-year-old Madhu Devi was found lying in the room. The throat was cut with a sharp weapon.

Pension and house became the root of dispute
According to reports, Rahul was in a dispute with his mother for the last several days. The woman used to give her father’s pension to her daughters, due to which Rahul remained angry. He was afraid that even his share in the house might be given to his daughters. This greed and suspicion filled his mind with hatred towards his mother.
Sent wife to her maternal home before murder
Rahul himself is married and also has a child. A few days before the incident, he had sent his wife Parineeta to her maternal home. At around 12 noon on Saturday, he found his mother alone and committed the murder. The surprising thing is that after committing the murder, he sat near the dead body for about two hours.
Police arrested, recovered weapon
After Rahul himself reached the police station and confessed to the crime, the police took him into custody. The weapon used in the murder has also been recovered. The body has been sent for postmortem. The police are now investigating the entire matter in depth.
