Rampur’s SP MP Mohibullah Nadvi left his fourth wife and turned hostile. On the wife’s petition, the Allahabad High Court has ordered the MP to pay alimony of ₹ 30,000 every month.

Lucknow. Not one, not two, but four marriages. The High Court has taught a lesson to the MP who sent his fourth wife home and did not look back. This is not a common man, but Samajwadi Party MP from Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, Mohibullah Nadvi. He also has a son from his fourth wife. He also has children from previous wives. When he was satisfied with the fourth wife, he sent her to her parents’ home and became silent. A few days later, the fourth wife approached the High Court and won a maintenance allowance of Rs 30,000 per month.

Nadvi shocked by step of fourth wife

The previous three wives had expressed no objection to the marriage one after the other. But the fourth wife expressed anger. Being an MP, he kept getting married one after the other. Many families were lining up to marry Mohibullah Nadvi, who was known as a big leader of his community. After some time of marriage, a son was also born. Within a few days, Mohibullah Nadvi was satisfied with his fourth wife. So he made a big move. He said that a movement is going on regarding the Waqf Board. As an MP, he has to lead the movement at the behest of community leaders. The people of the community have to be gathered in the district. Therefore, he may not be able to give time to his family. He told his wife to go to her maternal home for a few days. He said the same thing to his fourth wife’s father.

Everyone agreed because of the Waqf movement. This false news was spread that our Waqf property was being encroached upon. Therefore, understanding the seriousness of the movement, Nadvi’s point got the green signal. After leaving his fourth wife at her maternal home, Nadvi did not look back. Whenever attempts were made to contact him, he was not available. Months passed, but there was no sign of Nadvi. Meanwhile, a third person came on behalf of Nadvi and offered a settlement. Shocked by this, the fourth wife approached the High Court.

High Court rejected the argument of MP Nadvi

The case was heard in Allahabad High Court. After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court finally ruled in favor of the fourth wife. The court has ordered to pay maintenance allowance of Rs 30,000 every month. Despite several attempts to avoid paying this alimony, Nadvi did not succeed.
