BENGALURU: Shiprocket has filed a pre-filed draft red herring prospectus ( pre-DRHP ) with market regulator Sebi , marking the logistics tech company’s formal step toward a public listing . The filing was made under Regulation 59C (5) of Sebi’s Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements (ICDR) Regulations, as per a public notice issued by the company in a financial daily on Wednesday. The proposed initial public offering is intended to be listed on the main boards of both the BSE and NSE .
