How to make Shatdhaut Ghee

First of all, put cow’s ghee in a copper vessel or plate and then add water equal to the amount of ghee in it. Now put it in a copper bowl with water or with the help of a pot or whatever plate you have taken, keep rotating it in a circular motion in the same direction. After completing every 100 rounds, remove the water and add a little water again. In this way, you have to repeat this process at least 10 times, that is, after 10 thousand rounds, Shatdhaut Ghee is ready. You can reduce it as per your capacity or you can take help from someone else. Lastly, add a little saffron and turmeric to it and fill it in an air tight container. In this entire process, ghee becomes exactly like cream. Which starts melting on the skin as soon as it is applied.

You can use the cream once made by storing it in the refrigerator for a long time. You will get about 150 grams of cream from 100 grams of ghee.
