Makhane Kheer

On the first day you can make makhan kheer which will become tasty and will become instant. First of all, keep the milk to boil and roast one teaspoon of desi ghee. When they become crunchy, let it get cold. Take out a few makhana separately and grind it in the rest of the grinder. Put the grouped makhane in boiled milk and cook on light flame until thickness starts coming. After this, add sugar and let it dissolve. When the kheer is ready after cooking, add the whole makhana on top, along with cardamom powder, cashew, almonds, raisins, chironji, magj seeds also add. Your delicious Makhana Kheer is ready.

Make cream laddus on the first day of Navratri. For this, take two kilograms of full cream milk, remove one quarter cup of milk separately and keep the rest in a big vessel to heat up. When the milk boils, add two teaspoons of lemon or a little vinegar. Separate from the water and put the milk in a muslin cloth and wash it with one water and then tie the lump. When the water comes out and the cheese is formed, take it out in a vessel and mash it well so that there is no lumps in it. Boil milk, half a teaspoon of desi ghee rescued in a pan. Add a quarter cup of cream or cream to it. Add full cream milk powder with this. Cook this mixture continuously until it thickens. It will be ready like Khoya. Add the mashed cheese and condensed milk in this pan and keep cooking the mixture, when it is thick, make laddus.

Offer Kalakand

On the first day of Navratri, you can also offer Kalakand. For this, grate the cheese and keep the milk in a heavy bottom nonstick pan for heating. When it becomes thick, add condensed milk or sugar with cheese and cook it on a low flame. When they start getting thick and leave the side of the pan, look granular, then add a little cardamom powder and finely cut pistachios. Spread it in a tray with desi ghee and accumulate like barfi. When cooled, cut it with the help of a knife. The delicious kalakand is ready.
