You can make its vegetable. For this, add ghee according to the need in a cooker or pan and heat it. Add cumin and green chili to it. After this, add tomatoes, rock salt, turmeric and red chili powder and cook a little. Now mix gourd in it. Cook it for some time. Add water when needed. In this way you can make gourd vegetables.
