First of all, offer milk to boil on light flame and let it cook for at least 5-6 minutes, remove the cream from the edge and put it in the milk itself. Cover and cook on a light flame or let a whistle come in the pressure cooker, but keep in mind that the milk does not come out of the whistle, so put a steel spoon, or small bowl inside the cooker, as well as add a teaspoon of desi ghee.

When the rice is melted, mash a little by stirring with a spoon. After this, add the milk already saved and let it come to a boil on light flame. Now add sugar and take a little cold milk in the bowl and dissolve half a teaspoon of custard powder and mix it in the kheer. Now cut nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts and fry them in desi ghee.
