Shah Rukh Khan’s lookalike, who once struggled to afford two meals a day, now charges Rs 5 lakh per event, his name is…

Shah Rukh Khan is not just an actor but an emotion to millions of fans in India and even across the world. Over the decades, SRK has contributed to Indian cinema by delivering several hits.

And just like that, many people in the country want to be another SRK. However, do you know there are many lookalikes of the actor who are trying to showcase their talent on social media? One among them is Ibrahim Qadri, who looks no less than Shah Rukh.Who is Ibrahim Qadri?

Ibrahim Qadri is Shah Rukh Khan’s doppelganger who hails from Gujarat’s Junagadh. Initially, Qadri was an artist who painted hoarding boards for a living. While growing up, his family and friends often told him about his resemblance to the actor, but he ignored it.

But things got real when he was in Rajkot for an IPL match, where people mistook him for SRK, causing a near-stampede. That incident changed everything.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Lookalike Struggled Financially

During those times, SRK’s doppelganger was going through a financial crunch as digital hoardings had wiped out painted hoardings, which meant that earning bread and butter became tougher.

“I could hardly manage two meals a day,” he recently said in an interview with Lallantop.

His transformation from merely ‘resembling SRK’ to ‘living as him’ turned his life around. Today, Ibrahim travels worldwide for events, charging up to Rs 5 lakh per appearance.

“I was struggling financially before all the fame. It was a hand-to-mouth situation. There were days without work. But now, things are completely different. Now I can afford three meals a day; back then, even getting two meals was a problem. I mostly suffered because digital boards took away our jobs,” said Ibrahim.

In the same interview, Ibrahim said that he avoids invites from comedy shows because they might joke about the two, which he never wants to happen.
