Kirti Singh, who bought the car in June 2022, has filed an FIR against the Pathaan actors and six others linked to Hyundai. In the complaint, he claimed the car developed technical problems soon after, and when he approached the dealer, he was informed it was a manufacturing defect that couldn’t be corrected.
He said, “After driving the car for 6-7 months, technical faults started appearing. It would make noise and vibrate when driven at high speeds. The car shows malfunction signs on the engine management system.”
