Shefali Verma won the Player of the Match award by showing amazing all-round performance in the final of the Women’s World Cup. This player made India win the World Cup for the first time and now Shefali has got a big good news. Shefali Verma has been given the captaincy in the Senior Women’s Inter Zonal T20 Trophy. Shefali is going to captain the North Zone. Senior Women’s Inter Zonal T20 Trophy is starting from 4th November. Shefali Verma will be seen playing against South Zone in the first match, this match will be held at the stadium of Nagaland Cricket Association at 10 am.

Aradhana Bisht, Bawandeep Kaur, Diya Yadav, Harleen Deol, Najma Sultana, Neena Chaudhary will be seen playing under the captaincy of Shefali Verma. Schedule of Senior Women’s Inter Zone T20 Trophy
A total of 6 teams are participating in the Senior Women’s Inter Zone T20 Trophy. Teams from Central Zone, East Zone, North East Zone, North Zone, South Zone and West Zone will participate in it. This tournament, which is starting on 4th November, will be played till 14th November. All the matches of the tournament will be held in Nagaland Cricket Association only.
