When the woman and her minor nephew protested this, the accused fiercely assaulted the nephew, which seriously injured him. At the same time, all the miscreants took the woman and took them away from the village to a tea plantation. There he gang-raped the woman for three hours. When the woman fainted, all the accused left her and ran away with all the jewels of the woman. On the morning of September 10, when the family arrived in a tea plantation while searching for the woman, he found a woman in a state of unconsciousness. In a hurry, the family took him to the hospital. Late Thursday, when the woman regained consciousness, she reached the Galgalia police station of family members and filed a case of rape of all the accused.

The Galgalia police station arrested seven accused Rajesh Tudu, Supal Murmu, Santosh Tudu, Sakal Tudu, Buddhalal Tudu, Buddhalal Hasda and Sushant Das after registering the case.
