Service festival from 17 September to 2 October in Madhya Pradesh: Blood donation camp, Namo marathon and focus on good governance. Seva Parv MP Public Welfare Schemes Swachhotsav 2025 Bhopal Gandhi Jayanti

CM Mohan Yadav announced that service festival will be celebrated in Madhya Pradesh from 17 September to 2 October. During this, there will be blood donation camps, Namo Marathon, Plantation, Development Fairs and Exhibitions. The goal of the campaign is to bring public service and good governance to the people.

Bhopal : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Seva Parv will be celebrated in the state from 17 September to 2 October (Gandhi Jayanti). During this time various activities will be organized to bring civil services and facilities to the public in an easy way. The government will celebrate the implementation of Public Welfare Schemes as a service festival and ensure that the public is supplied to the public.

Focus will be on good governance and civil service

The Chief Minister said that during the service festival, the government will ensure responsible delivery responsible for the public. Various activities will also be organized in the districts.

District administration, public representatives, social, religious and political organizations will all participate in this campaign. The Chief Minister instructed the collectors to organize the program in mutual coordination and connect all sections of the society to this campaign.

Theme of Seva Parv- Swachhotsav and Cleanliness Hi Seva Pakhwada

The Chief Minister said that the theme of this campaign ‘Swachhotsav’ has been kept and its main subject will be ‘Cleanliness Hi Seva Pakhwada’. During this time, many activities related to cleanliness including blood donation camps will be organized.

Review meeting and instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

On Monday, a review meeting was held in the ministry regarding the service festival. CM Mohan Yadav said that this campaign will have the responsibility of 7 main departments associated with public. He said that the entire campaign should be made by the public and all the departments should make preparations for this. The Chief Minister said that he himself will be on a tour of the districts and will be involved in a service festival programs by landing in a district by helicopter.

Original objective of service festival- public service and good governance

The Chief Minister said- “The service of citizens is our religion and good governance is our resolve. We will celebrate it as a service festival and provide quick services to the public.” He informed that this campaign will be concluded on 2 October on Gandhi Jayanti.

Major events during service festival

  • Blood donation camps and health camps from 17 to 24 September
  • Plantation under ‘a tree mother’s name’ and ‘mother’s garden’ campaign
  • Construction of new Namo Park, Namo Bagh, Namo One and Namo Upvan
  • Namo Marathon on 27 September
  • Development fairs, exhibitions and students competitions
  • Exhibition based on the life and works of Prime Minister Narendra Modi

The Chief Minister said that the purpose of service fortnight is to provide benefits of good governance to the citizens, promote employment based works and encourage people who have done excellent work.

There will also be other festivals along with the festival

The Chief Minister said that during the service festival, Navratri will be celebrated on 22 September and Vijayadashami on 2 October. The service campaign will also be further strengthened in these festivals.

He said that activities related to the interest of farmers will also be promoted. As-

Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan of Ministry of Tribal Affairs

Gulshan Bamra, Principal Secretary of Tribal Work, said that on the instructions of the Government of India, ‘Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan’ and ‘Adi Seva Parv’ will be celebrated in the entire country from September 17 to October 2, in which the development of village will be discussed at the gram panchayat level in tribal dominated villages. The development plan of the village will be prepared and approved. Adi Seva Kendras will be built in tribal dominated panchayats, which will be developed as public problems and grievances redressal centers. A Gram Sabha meeting will be held on 2 October in which the schemes will be finalized.

In the meeting, officials of other departments also informed about the activities and service works of their respective departments.
