Delhi: Union Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav interacted with representatives of 23 semiconductor chip design companies approved under the DLI (Design Linked Incentive) scheme. During this, Minister Ashwini Vaishnav emphasized on strengthening the semiconductor ecosystem in India, self-reliance in chip design, and Make in India initiative. He said that the DLI scheme is an important step towards making India a global semiconductor hub.
