Do plan ‘Me Time’ every week
Even if you do not get time for yourself throughout the day. But 1 day a week, you can give yourself time. So do everything for yourself any day in the week. For example, go to shopping, watch a movie or go to a cafe and enjoy food. With this you will be completely recharged.
Take a short break in the middle of the work
Working continuously throughout the day makes the mind tired along with the body. So try to take a 5-10 minute break in the middle of work and do not use mobile in that break but think about yourself. With this, both your body and mind will remain aquet.
Take care of health
Healthy food is also necessary to stay healthy. Take a mile throughout the day that is full of nutrients. Also drink a detox drink. Do workouts, if you are not able to do daily, then give time to exercise or yoga for 3-4 days a week.
