Science is also accepting the irony of Hanuman Chalisa, “Scientists were stunned to see the results of the research!!, – News Himachali News Himachali

Whenever we were in a difficult situation or were afraid of passing through darkness, we used to remember Hanuman ji. There was faith and reverence in the child’s mind that no matter what the crisis was, Bajrangbali would definitely protect us from it. But in today’s times, faith and devotion are also tested on the criteria of science. Something similar happened with Hanuman Chalisa also, when some scientists did research on it and the scientists were stunned to see the results.

Hanuman Chalisa is believed to be composed in the 16th century, when Goswami Tulsidas ji composed it in Awadhi language for the common public to understand. It is called Chalisa because it has 40 verses and 2 couplets. These couplets come at the beginning and end of Chalisa. The specialty of these verses is that most of the verses are composed in Anushtup style, which are rhythmic and repetitive, which helps in taking the person to meditation as well as increasing his concentration.

Result of research on Hanuman Chalisa:

This research on Hanuman Chalisa was done by the Journal of Evolution of Medical and Dental Sciences under the leadership of Neera Goyal, in which many of her colleagues were present. In this, Hanuman Chalisa was recited daily to MBBS students aged 18 to 22 years, due to which a lot of positive effects were seen on their body. A decrease in the blood pressure of these students was recorded and their concentration increased.

AIIMS-ICMR also did research on Hanuman Chalisa:

According to research conducted by ICMR and AIIMS scholars, if a person regularly recites Hanuman Chalisa for just 10 minutes every day, it helps him in reducing heart rate, controlling blood pressure and getting better sleep. Along with this, the person also gets relief from post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and ADHD disorder.

How Hanuman Chalisa gives physical and mental benefits:

Researchers on Hanuman Chalisa say that the sound vibration generated by regular recitation of the verses in it benefits the person. With these sound vibrations, the stress-causing hormone i.e. cortisol starts decreasing in our body and the happiness hormone serotonin starts increasing. Along with this, the hormone Dopamine, which is considered most important for the information system, also starts increasing. This dopamine is the hormone that makes a person feel good.

Girl kept reciting Hanuman Chalisa, doctor performed brain surgery:

In 2021, such a case was reported from AIIMS Hospital in India, where during the surgery that lasted for 3 hours, a girl kept reciting Hanuman Chalisa the entire time and her operation was also successful. 24-year-old Yukti Aggarwal was suffering from a tumor in the head, for the treatment of which she was admitted to AIIMS Delhi, where the doctors decided to remove her tumor through operation.
