Yes, recently NCERT had to withdraw a social science book of class 8. The reason is clear that the controversial content in the book and the interference of the Supreme Court. It is clear from this that issues related to education are now becoming a direct national debate.
Is the burden on common families increasing?
In today’s time, the cost of education is increasing rapidly:

If we add all these together then a child’s education can reach lakhs. This is the reason why parents are now openly protesting. If strict rules are not made on this issue soon, education may become more expensive in the future. Experts believe that the government should fix the prices of books. NCERT should be promoted and monitoring of private schools is necessary.
