Describing that incident, Jhanvi said, “I was only 15 years old at that time. At that time we did not even know about any technology like deepfake. Once an IT class was going on and some boys of my class, probably jokingly, opened a porn site. There they saw a picture of mine.”
She further said, “I cannot express in words the shock I felt at that moment. Later I also came to know that that video was being circulated in many places. Even today, when I remember that incident, my mind gets troubled.” Through this story, Jhanvi Kapoor has appealed not to play with the lives of girls by using technology like Deep AI.
