- cumin one tablespoon
- Arjun bark powder one teaspoon
- black salt one teaspoon
- Ashwagandha one teaspoon
- Neem leaves five to six
This is the easy way to make potli
- To make the potli, first lightly dry roast all the herbs in a pan, until a light aroma starts coming out.
- Now take them out on a muslin cloth.
- Tie the cloth tightly and make a small bundle.
- Before using, reheat this bundle on a dry pan or pan for 15 seconds.
- Keep in mind that the bundle should be lukewarm, avoid heating it too much.
How to use?
- First of all, sit comfortably and raise your legs slightly.
- Now apply the lukewarm bundle with light pressure on the affected veins.
- Always massage the bundle by moving it from bottom to top.
- This helps the blood flow in the veins to move upwards (towards the heart).
- Do this therapy daily or every other day for 10 to 15 minutes.
