Black mole
The second is black sesame. According to beliefs, offering black sesame to Lord Shankar gives relief from disorder from life and problems in life. If there is negativity, it also gets away from offering black sesame seeds.
Wheat
Offering a handful of wheat to Lord Shiva increases worldly pleasures as well as it is believed that if there is any problem related to marriage or child in your life, then Lord Shiva gets rid of those problems by offering a handful of wheat. Keep in mind that this wheat should be cleaned.
Vertical moong
The fourth is moong dal. By offering a handful of green moong dal to Lord Shiva, you get relief from diseases and mourning in your life. This gives a boon of happiness and prosperity. Green moong is also considered to be a symbol of Buddha, so by offering, mental peace comes in your life and the paths of progress are opened.
urad dal
In the month of Sawan, Shiva is also offered Urad Dal fist. It is believed that it is going to increase wealth, opulence and happiness and prosperity and it destroys all kinds of sorrows.
The right way to offer Shiva fist
You can do this work for the whole month of Sawan or if you want to climb Shiva fist only on Monday of Sawan, then you can do this, but remember that these five things do not have to be offered together, but you have to offer these 5 grains to one hand and offer it on the Shivling. After this, you have to ask for your wish by lighting a lamp of ghee.
