IOC’s advice on gas shortage
A tip to save cooking gas was shared by Indian Oil Corporation on Social Side X. According to IOC, there is no point in cooking anything on high flame after it has boiled. IOC says to reduce the flame as soon as it starts boiling. Save LPG wisely. Keeping the flame on high after boiling does not cook the food quickly, it only consumes more gas. Save up to 25% LPG by switching to low flame, without wasting extra time. This is a small habit and it saves a lot.
Lower the flame once it starts boiling – save LPG wisely.
