Nikki murder case update: Nikki Bhati and her sister Kanchan, who are married to Vipin’s brother Rohit, used to run a salon. This business was a matter of pride for the family, but husband Vipin and his family did not like it. Nikki and Kanchan’s Instagram reel post, dowry demand and family pressure created fatal tension in this family. Six months ago, Nikki decided to stay in Dadri near her parents after her husband Vipin was beaten up, but it seemed that the danger was not yet averted.
Salon and Instagram reel controversy: murder starts
Nikki and Kanchan were active in their salon business, but Vipin and her family did not accept it. Vipin was Nikki’s social media activity, especially against Instagram Reels. There were often debates and quarrels in the family. Vipin and his family continued the demand for dowry despite the gifts-SUVs, Royal Enfield bikes, gold and cash given by Nikki’s father. On February 11, the two sisters had a dispute with the husband about the reel. After that both of them went to their father’s house. After that, both families had a panchayat on March 18, in which both sisters promised not to make further reel and upload the video on Instagram.

Dowry and family pressure: Preparation for heinous murder
The debate in the family on Thursday turned into a fight. Vipin and his mother Daya set Nikki on fire. Nikki was burnt alive in front of her seven -year -old son and sister Kanchan. This incident spread sensation not only in Noida but also in Uttar Pradesh. Kanchan said in Instagram Reel that Nikki compromised several times due to social pressure and family violence.
Witness and police investigation
Kanchan lodged an FIR with the police. Police nominated four accused: Vipin, mother Daya, father Satyaveer and brother Rohit. All four were arrested. Accused Vipin also tried to escape from police custody and snatched the pistol of a policeman, injured himself in an attempt to shoot.

The police is conducting a detailed investigation into the case based on electronic evidence.
