How to make Bhelpuri?

To make Bhelpuri, you have to take puffed rice (parmal) which is crunchy. For this, you can first dry roast it on low flame for some time. Add finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onion, boiled chopped potatoes, green chutney, sweet and sour date tamarind chutney, finely chopped green chillies and chaat masala as per taste to the puffed rice. Garnish with sev on top. If you want, you can also add salty gram dal and roasted salted peanuts to it. In just a few minutes your Bhelpuri will be ready, which should be served immediately.
