Sajid Nadiadwala Real Estate Purchase: Bollywood filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala’s production house, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has made a big real estate purchase. According to a report, the production house has purchased two expensive apartments in a posh area of Mumbai, the total price of which is in crores. These apartments are located in Prabhadevi, one of the most prestigious and posh localities of Mumbai. Connectivity from this area to major business hubs, hospitals and colleges is also quite good.
For how much did Sajid Nadiadwala buy the property?
The first property that Sajid Nadiadwala’s production house has purchased is Hubtown Twenty Five South North, a luxury residential project located in South Mumbai. The apartment is spread over a carpet area of 222.13 square meters and has an additional space of 19.40 square meters. This transaction includes stamp duty of Rs 1.11 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000. Whereas, the second property was bought in the same building for Rs 18 crore. The second apartment has a smaller carpet area of 221.30 square meters and additional space of 12.86 square meters. Both apartments have two car parking slots each. For the purchase of the second apartment, the transaction involves stamp duty of Rs 1.08 crore and residential fee of Rs 30,000. According to media reports, he has bought both these properties for Rs 36.57 crore.

It was an action-packed thriller directed by Harsh, starring Tiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa and Harnaaz Sandhu in the lead roles. His upcoming film is the action-drama ‘O’Romeo’ directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, in which Shahid Kapoor, Trupti Dimri and Nana Patekar will be seen. The film will be released on Valentine’s Day next year.
