Used to steal for small needs
In fact, when Too Much hosts Twinkle and Kajol trolled him about living a life of luxury, Saif laughed and then revealed that as a child, he used to steal money from his father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi’s wallet—and his mother, famous actress Sharmila Tagore, used to catch him doing so. Saif told that “My father did not know, but my mother used to know. She was always aware.” When Akshay Kumar asked why he used to do that, Saif jokingly said, “I was not a very good boy; I was very naughty.”

Now Kajol asked if he had taken money for the food, to which Saif replied, “They weren’t feeding me,” which made everyone laugh. When Twinkle asked him about growing up in palaces, Saif further emphasized, “They certainly lived in palaces, but they were not colourful, there was a long struggle there. There was not even air-conditioning there.”
