Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has recently purchased two commercial offices in Andheri East, Mumbai. According to media reports, the total area of these two units is 5,681 square feet and they are located in Kanakia Wall Street Building. Documents show that Saif has also got 6 car parking along with the office. According to records, this office space has been sold by US-based pharmaceutical company Epior Pharmaceutical.
For how much did Saif Ali Khan buy a new office?
Saif Ali Khan has bought both these offices for Rs 30.75 crore. For this he has paid stamp duty of Rs 1.84 crore and registration fee of Rs 60,000. This transaction took place on November 18, 2025. Andheri East has become a hub of office and corporate buildings. It is one of the most popular commercial hubs of Mumbai, well connected by road, railway station and metro and located near the airport. Along with this, major areas like Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Seepz and Lower Parel are also very close to it.
