23 year old Sahil was soon going to UK for postgraduate course. He was going on his bike when he collided with an SUV in Dwarka. After the accident, the 17 year old accused was sent to a reform home. He was later released to appear for the Class 10 board exams.

The accused’s father runs a commercial vehicles business and was out of the city at the time of the accident. He told that as soon as his wife called, he immediately returned. Didn’t know son was driving SUV
He claimed that he did not know that his 17-year-old son was driving the SUV. He said that his son was very afraid of him and did not even have a driving license. The father also said that his son is a good student. He has received 125 awards including gold and silver in school. His attendance has been 98-99% and his marks are between 85-90%.
