New Delhi: Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, along with his family invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to his son Arjun’s wedding. Arjun Tendulkar is set to marry Saaniya Chandok this year with the wedding festivities starting in March and the marriage also being solemnized in the same month.
As per details, March 5 has been locked as the date for marriage and it is said to be an intimate affair attended by close family members and friends. Meanwhile, in the photos shared by Tendulkar on his social media handle, the entire family along with his wife Anjali, daughter Sara, Arjun and Saaniya were seen posing with PM Modi.

Along with sharing the pictures on X and Instagram, Tendulkar also wrote a thankful note saying that they were honoured to invite the PM for Arjun’s wedding. He further thanked the PM for his blessings and thoughtful advice to the young couple. Arjun, a 26-year-old left-arm pacer, got engaged to Chandok, the granddaughter of businessman Ravi Ghai, in August last year.

Earlier in the day, Tendulkar along with his family also invited Home Minister Amit Shah for the wedding ceremony of his son Arjun. The former Indian captain posted a pic with HM Shah on social media, thanking him for the warmth he extended and the kind wishes.

Arjun, who is yet to get a national team ticket, represents Goa in domestic cricket and has claimed 48 wickets in 22 first-class matches, along with scoring 620 runs. He has also taken 25 wickets and scored 155 runs in 23 List A games. As far as the IPL is concerned, he was traded to the Lucknow Super Giants from Mumbai Indians ahead of the 2026 season.
