According to media reports, the apartments in this locality range between 1,000 and 1,300 square feet, with the current rent falling between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 3 lakh per month.
According to a media portal, Hrithik Roshan has rented out his apartment to his girlfriend, Saba Azad, for Rs 75,000 per month. Saba reportedly signed the rental agreement on August 4.
Hrithik had purchased three apartments in this building in 2020, one of which is a duplex on the 19th and 20th floors, and another on the 18th floor. For the rented apartment, Saba has also paid a deposit of Rs 1.25 lakh.
