Highlighting her life in rural India, she said that she is now naturally wired to check for frogs and snakes in the bathroom and give and take money with her right hand.

In the comments, Sharova clarified why she referred to the habits a “strange”. She wrote, “You may ask why I called them strange. Because when people from outside see them out of context, they ask me: Why did you do that? For me, now they are the most logical things to do.”

The clip garnered several comments. One wrote, “I find doing namaskar to be more sanitized way of greeting anyone. Suppose if someone I am meeting or infact I myself is carrying any germs or dirt through my hand if I will shake hand it will get transferred. But by doing namaskar it’s prevented.” Another person stated, “I used to live in a house where we often had frogs. I still check my shoes even tho I live in a high rise now. The trauma never leaves you.” A third person said, “Sometimes need to check for tiny lizard or family of spiders as well living in the shoes.”
